1. The service
AI Visibility OS provides website analysis, scoring, recommendations and related tools for optimizing visibility in AI search engines. Features may evolve over time as we improve the product.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and only submit websites you own or are authorized to analyze.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, overload our infrastructure, or attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the platform without permission.
4. Plans & payment
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Monthly activations are one-time charges that keep your plan active for the stated period; they are not auto-renewing unless explicitly noted. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. No guarantee of AI inclusion
We help make your website significantly easier for AI systems to understand and recommend, but no tool can guarantee that any AI engine will mention or rank your business. Scores measure readiness, not guaranteed outcomes.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Visibility OS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
